AES has a 500 square foot dedicated R&D lab for novel processes up to 20 Lbs NEW. Capabilities include:

  • Small scale reactors with vacuum and environmental controls

  • Solid extraction

  • Liquid extraction

  • Particle size distribution and analysis

  • High performance liquid chromatography

  • Dry and wet blending

  • Lab-scale synthesis processes

  • Explosive formulations and scale-up
