OUR PRODUCTS
AES recently expanded our facilities with two new buildings dedicated to the manufacturing and loading of cast cure explosives. These state-of-the-art buildings are equipped with advanced machinery such as a 2-gallon and 100-gallon double planetary mixer, a 100-gallon discharge press, and various vacuum chambers and gauges to ensure adherence to stringent cast cure quality requirements. Our enhanced capabilities include the production of RDX/HMX-based cast cure explosives, which are critical components in defense applications. Their product range includes well-known formulations such as PAX-47, PBXN-109, and PBXN-110, which are utilized in various military and commercial sectors. With over four decades of experience and a commitment to quality and safety, AES continues to be a pivotal player in the energetics manufacturing industry.
